Map: These Pittsburgh beer distributors will start selling six-packs next week
Enjoy that loosening of the state’s archaic liquor laws.

Updated, 11:11 a.m.
Pennsylvania lawmakers freed the six-pack last year, and next week you’ll get to enjoy that loosening of the state’s archaic liquor laws.
Distributors in Pennsylvania will legally be allowed to sell six-packs and single bottles of beer starting Tuesday, Jan. 17.
Using the Pa. Liquor Control Board’s site, we created a list of distributors with active licenses in Pittsburgh proper. That search returned 24 results. We then called the distributors to see which would begin selling six-packs and singles Tuesday.
This map shows the ones that will in green, the ones that plan to in the future in yellow, the ones that won’t in purple and the ones that did not answer the phone in red. Cheers.
