Update, Jan. 15: Who’s Next: Fitness and Health; Meet 19 young leaders focused on Pittsburgh’s wellness

Update, 5 p.m. Dec. 20: Nominations are now closed.

They’re caring for Pittsburghers of all ages in hospitals and clinics. They’re finding the next breakthrough in the research lab. And they’re keeping the city healthy through fitness and nutrition.

For the first Who’s Next class of 2019, we want to know about the young leaders shaping the future of fitness and health in the Pittsburgh region.

Tell us about the rising stars leading group workouts, developing new health tools and innovations, and making sure Pittsburghers have access to healthcare and health insurance. Who are the doctors, nurses, physician’s assistants, health insurance consultants, and office administrators we need to know?

But these are just suggestions! If you know someone else doing exceptional work in health or fitness, tell us about them. We’ll assemble a class of standouts, share their stories and throw a party in their honor that you can attend, too.

Who’s Next, presented by S&T Bank, highlights under-40 leaders in various fields and has honored more than 400 young Pittsburghers. Catch up on previous Who’s Next classes here, and sign up for Who’s Next email alerts by clicking the “Follow This” button.

Use the form below to nominate standout Pittsburghers before 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, or nominate them here.
