Update, Feb. 14: Who’s Next: Community Leaders & Activists; Meet 20 people making change in Pittsburgh

Update, 12 p.m. Jan. 30: Nominations are now closed.

From neighborhood watches to affordable housing movements to protests, community leaders and activists continue to have a visible impact on Pittsburgh. But often the leaders of these movements are less visible themselves.

For our latest Who’s Next class, we’re looking to spotlight the young individuals making a mark on Pittsburgh neighborhoods and driving social change and community improvements here. But we need your help to do it.

Know someone under the age of 40 who’s fighting for disability rights or voting access or criminal justice reform or any host of causes and issues?

Do you have a community leader who gets. stuff. done. and makes your neighborhood a better place to live?

Let us know by filling out the form below by noon Wednesday, Jan. 30. You can also submit your nomination here.

Once the winners are announced, we’ll celebrate this Who’s Next class at a party on Feb. 27 — and you’re invited! Mark your calendar and stay tuned for more details.

Who’s Next, presented by S&T Bank, is our chance to recognize up-and-coming dynamos in Pittsburgh and to introduce you today to tomorrow’s leaders and influencers. Read about previous honorees here.
