It's the city's biggest Oktoberfest celebration, featuring music, German food and, yes, the traditional beer in milk jugs. Penn Brewery's Oktoberfest runs on the weekends of Sept. 15-17 and 22-24. Fest hours are 5 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays, and noon to 10 p.m. Sundays. Lederhosen encouraged. So what's it like to host the city's biggest fall fest? We found out.
