A conversation on personal transformations

As part of "The People Are The Light," a public art series in Homewood, Dina “Free” Blackwell will lead a conversation for and with women on personal transformations. Blackwell is executive director of the Homewood Renaissance Association and the House of Manna, which works to close the poverty gap in the Pittsburgh neighborhood.

Experience the opening of 20/20

An afternoon of music, dancing, conversation, art-making, exhibition tours and reflection is planned to kick off the opening of Carnegie Museum of Art's new exhibition 20/20, a collaboration with The Studio Museum in Harlem. A half-dozen food trucks will be on-hand for the event.

Outdoor yoga with the Pittsburgh Cello Quartet

Pick up a book or print at PGH Photo Fair

Thirteen photo dealers, including two from Pittsburgh, will exhibit "museum-quality prints and photo-based art" at the Carnegie Museum of Art. You can pick up a book or print, depending on your budget. PGH Photo Fair continues Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.

Fashion for the global good

Designer and Idia'Dega founder Tereneh Mosley, a Pittsburgh native, will discuss her global view of fashion. Mosley and Maasai women in Kenya designed a fashion line that debuted earlier this year.

Meditation and movement in a museum

The Carnegie Museum of Art is hosting a morning of meditation and movement activities. There's yoga at 9 (bring your own mat), barre fitness at 10:15, and an African drum and dance class at 11:30. There are also gallery tours with meditative stops. 18+.
